These 4-1/2 inch x 1/8 inch x 5/8-11 inch Cutting and Light Grinding wheels with a hub are manufactured with heat treated aluminum oxide grains in high concentrations for smooth effortless use when cutting center pipe, metal tubing, rebar, iron pipe, bar stock or metal tubing. Additionally, these 1/8" thick hybrid wheels allow the user to cut and also lightly grind without having to change their wheel. These are manufactured with a single 24 grit grain structure which allows uniform results at every angle. Additionally, these 4-1/2 inch hubbed cutting discs boast an extremely long life and are perfect for aggressive cutting applications where blending applications are also required. If you are looking to increase your cutting and grinding productivity without having to continually stop and lose momentum, these 4-1/2 inch cutting/grinding discs are an ideal combination. Furthermore, each cutting / grinding disc comes with a metal hub for easy screw on attachment or screw off removal.

   Every mass product we will test 3 times to confirm the quality is good.
   (1) The first testing is in the producing lines. Every two machines, there will be one QC responsible for quality. They will
   check the thickness, weight, balance, the label, the metal ring. You know some big cutting disc like 12 inch 14 inch 16 inch,
   Balance is very important for them.
   (2) Second time testing. After baking we will do the second time testing. after baking, the disc will be changed from soft to
   hard. Then we will take some pc to test, to confirm the quality is good.
   (3) Third time testing After packing, before delivery, our OC will do the third time testing, and give out an testing report.
