Using the latest multi-layer manufacturing technology individual raw material components,glass fiber meshes and special abrasives are alternately layered into the mold,each layer is precise and flat.highly uniform overall stamping ,and the multi-layer is combined in the grinding wheels press. Under high pressure,it is fixed in a special hardening jig,and it is hardened at an average hardening temperature of 180ºC.According to customer requirements,the cutting blade is reinforced in the center to ensure higher stability,higher cutting strength and ecological advantages.
