Brown fused alumina is fused in the electric-arc furnace under the high temperature of over 2200ºC with high grade calcined bauxite as main raw material, after the processes of purification, crystallization, cooling, crushing, sorting, magnetic separation, screening and other production processes, finally, it is made into different sizes of particles, powder.
Product features: High hardness, high strength, good self-sharpening, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, low creep and so on.
Applications: Resin abrasives, ceramic abrasives, coated abrasives, sand blasting, grinding and polishing, refractory materials, precision casting, wear-resistant floor and others.
